Galaxy becomes first official sponsor of Real Bedford Ladies FC

Galaxy is excited to announce that it will be the first official sponsor of the Real Bedford Ladies FC.

Based in Bedford, England, and owned by bitcoin investor and podcast host Peter McCormack, Real Bedford represents a success story in the making for the community. With Bitcoin education at its center and a big dream to make it to the Premier League one day, the football club does not lack ambition and innovation. Galaxy is excited to back this dream and wants to bring similar success to the women’s game. Real Bedford Ladies will help grow women’s football and create an inclusive environment that celebrates and promotes female players. Galaxy is honored to support the club's expansion into the female side of the sport as part of our broader commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within and beyond the digital asset industry.

Real Bedford Ladies has 50 senior players and 200 girls aged 7-18 playing for the club this coming season. As part of the sponsorship, Galaxy’s contribution will be used to buy new playing and training kits for the team, cover expenses for senior players, and support a hardship fund to ensure that money is not a barrier to young girls playing football.
