At Galaxy, our people are our greatest asset. This year's Galaxy interns asked senior leaders and former interns for advice they would give to those just starting their careers in digital assets and AI.

One piece of advice that Jason Urban, Co-Head of Digital Assets, shared: "Take risks. Smart risk, intelligent risk, in both your career and your personal life, especially while you're young."

When asked why one should build a career at Galaxy, Steve Kurz, Co-Head of Digital Assets, shared: "Galaxy is fun! It's dynamic, it's different. We embrace change. You do more in one year at Galaxy than you would probably do anywhere else."
