They didn't even put it in a box, just wrapped it all wrinkly and messy and then stuck a crushed store-bought bow on the top. It was disgracefully unprofessional-looking. I had to throw away their wrapping and wrap again myself. I asked very nicely for a refund for the gift wrap fee, but they ignored my email. Judging from the reviews I've read since, I was lucky to get what I bought at all!
