Jill - 04/17/09 02:24:10 - 71.127.95.10I too have had the run around on shipping for a week now. I ordered a rug 4/10. On Monday 4/10 I checked and my order status was still blank. I emailed the company twice and got no response as to the status of my order. My third email on Tuesday 4/14 was to cancel my order. I finally got a reply (Tuesday 4/14) saying my order was being prepared for shipping (they were closed Friday 4/10). Today is Thursday the 15th and my order status is still blank. Website says will ship in 48 to 72 hours and I am on 120 business hours and still NO ORDER STATUS!. I asked them to cancel my order and they did not but the won't ship it either! Stay away from this merchant!
It is one week since I placed my order. Still no order status and no replies to my email requesting the status.
