K Baker - 08/26/08 11:21:48 - 24.35.50.136I give Top Notch Gifts a BIG thumbs down! My husband ordered a Classic terrycloth bathrobe for me for Mother's Day. As we were entering the hot summer weather, I wasn't planning on using it right away. I recently went to wash it in preparation for the colder weather and discovered a HOLE in the sleeve. When I called in late August to exchange it, Mike, the warehouse manager (?), wouldn't do anything about it. I as the gift recipient didn't know about the 30 day return policy. Even if I did, I still feel the company should stand behind the quality of the items it sells and replace defective products.
So once again, I recommend not using this company.
