I ordered a Shiki Futon for myself and my wife with a platform bed. For the Kids I got them Shiki Futons as well. They are more happy sleeping on these on the floor than on bunk beds. I was treated well and received fast service. Huge thumbs up for this company.

They were able to ship my futon the same day and luckily I was only 2 days away with their standard Ground shipping.
They listened to my needs and helped me out of my misery. If I could I would give 2 Thumbs WAAAAY up for this company!!!

I tried calling multiple times and have yet to receive a response from the company. I also sent an email to their support address, yet again, no response.

I had to wait about 3 weeks for my futon, 2 of that was the waiting period for my handmade cover. Apart from the wait and the frustration of trying to get in contact with them, i'm very satisfied with the shiki and i haven't had a bad nights seep since i got, thats all that really matters in the end...
