Mary Maresh - 08/12/09 02:30:36 - 174.102.201.91I ordered 22 yards of oilcloth on July 15, 2009. DoxieShop received the money from my credit card on July 18, 2009. Today is August 12, 2009 and I have not received my oilcloth. I e-mailed four times and called the contact number and left messages three times. This company has $165.00 of my money and I have no product.

Made 4 phone calls, no one answers the phone or returns voice mail messages. Sent emails and received non-responsive replies and, in one case, just flat out lied about the status of the order. Received a form letter from the president of the company explaining the delay in oilcloth purchases (appeared to be unfamiliar with existing communication taking place). Replied back to the president's email (who stated would 'respond promptly') and made clear I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund since I never received the merchandise and her Customer Service dept was incompetent and/or deceitful. Never heard back, never got the refund, never got the merchandise. Had to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my credit cardholder.

got some lame excuse about being new at cutting fabric...
...and a promise that it would go out the "next day"
that was 8 days ago.
ridiculous.
this person alsop sells on ebay as "linengirl"
