Sheila - 10/02/08 07:41:52 - 148.107.2.20I ordered a custom made communion dress for my niece and was told that it would take 4-5 weeks to receive the dress. 5 weeks later I hadn't recieved the dress so I tried to call them. When you call the 800 number and chose the option to "check on the status of an existing order", you usually have to leave a message and they are supposed to get back to you. I left 2 messages and and sent an email and didn't get a response. When I finally got through to a representative, I was told that they made a mistake and that my order was not made. They were willing to refund the money but that still leaves me with the problem of not having a dress for my neice. She particularly liked the dress that they were selling. I would not recommend using this company. Incompetent and poor response to customers.

The quality was superb and they were received in less than a week. my family and I have also purchased Christian gifts including gift baskets from Christian Expressions and have been very happy.

I spoke to Katie in customer service who was knowledgeable and very courteous. Would definately recommend to friends and family.
