deb e - 01/02/09 08:51:25 - 98.245.107.171I placed an order on 12/17/08 that did not arrive before christmas, the order has no tracking number - after numerous attempts to contact the business both by phone - no one ever answers the phone and messages were not responded to - and emails to all available email sites. I am left with a charge on my account and not knowing whether it will ever be filled. All merchandise was in stock according to the store - although one was the last item as I order one then tried to order two and was informed that it was the last one. I did not receive information about the fact that it would be backordered and when I check my account it does not state backorder - only new order is sited. I am concerned that this company is going bankrupt and is taking order they cannot fulfill.
