John Bob Foster - 10/13/09 22:24:15 - 85.50.89.164I had trouble booking a car, three times,through Holiday Autos Ireland because of not being open after Saturday 1pm in Spain so we moved dates and booking from San Sebastian to Pamlona to fit into our travel plans. Eventualy I booked a week early, arrived in Pamplona and was told by ATESA, the actual agency,that they didn't have a car for me as Holiday Autos had cancelled my booking. I then had to book a car with Europcar for twice the amount, no choice. I have tried many times by email to get my booking money back. It's now 5 weeks and counting...lots of incident reports, but no promise or money. Do NOT use them to rent your holiday car, they are UNRELIABLE!
