DMAT CA1 The Orange County Disaster Medical Assistance Team (DMAT) is one of 29 level one teams within the National Disaster Medical System capable of providing emergency medical care during a disaster or other event. In addition to a Federal response we have an agreement with our State to provide medical care during a disaster.
