To tell the story of fire fighting in Canada from approximately 1750 to 1950. The Canadian Fire Fighter's Museum, established in Port Hope Ontario in 1984, will collect, preserve, research and display fire apparatus, fire equipment, Photographs, text, etc., to illustrate the historical development of the fire service in Canada.
