Lolly's July 4th Page
July 4, celebrated in the United States to commemorate the adoption in 1776 of the Declaration of Independence. Also called Fourth of July. FYI Both Thomas Jefferson and Adams, who had played such great parts in the winning of Independence, died on Independence Day, July 4, 1826. Betsy Ross sewed the first American flag. When we view the flag, we think of liberty, freedom, pride, and Betsy Ross.
