TAPS is a non-profit organization, based in New England, that is dedicated to helping and educating those interested or troubled by the paranormal.

Our mission is to provide assistance to sick, injured and homeless animals and to defend the inalienable rights of both companion animals and wildlife through education, legal and legislative activism.
