The Brothers and Sisters of Penance is a new Catholic Lay Association whose members are living a modern adaptation of the Rule of 1221, the first rule for penitents, which became the original rule for the Third Order of St. Francis. The Association is open to all Catholics who are in total agreement with the Catholic Church. Members live the Rule in their own homes. Formation is done in local chapters, on line, or by postal mail. Rule, newsletter, much information on site.
