CarterCopter isn't a manufacturing firm. Rather, our business plan is to develop and patent the technology and then demonstrate the capabilities of the CarterCopter by breaking world records for both rotary and fixed wing aircraft, the first of which will be the absolute speed, distance, and altitude records for rotary wing aircraft. We will then license the technology to certified aircraft manufacturers and experimental kitplane manufacturers.

The line of Magni autogyros has been developed with the goal of mechanical and structural over-design so as to require little attention or expertise to maintain. Vittorio Magni believes that an integral factor in the safety of Magni autogyros is the continued mechanical integrity of the machine.
