Some people have the opinion that Bowls SA represents the amalgamation of the S.A.W.B.A. and the R.S.A.B.A. This is not so as both bodies will continue to operate as they do now. What Bowls SA will do is to enable the sport to be promoted and marketed to government and sponsors as one body. To do so will enhance the potential of the sport of lawn bowls.
