The IMOA was formed for the purpose of offering Mercury owners and collectors the advantages of locating parts for the automobiles, sharing information, the opportunity to locate or sell cars and receive discounts on Mercury parts and related merchandise, and to receive a quarterly publication called Quicksilver.

The Delmarva Cougar Club welcomes membership from Cougar enthusiasts in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and the District Of Columbia. Membership is open to anyone interested in Cougars, any year, and ownership is not a requirement.
